All Set for the 5th Puerto Vallarta Marathon 2024

Our destination is gearing up to welcome enthusiastic runners from around the world for the fifth edition of the Puerto Vallarta Marathon, set to take place on April 21st, 2024. This sporting event, which has become a must-attend on the athletic calendar, promises renewed excitement with a completely revitalized circuit.

The Puerto Vallarta Marathon 2024 will offer a wide range of events for runners of all levels. From the epic challenge of the 42-kilometer full marathon to the vibrant energy of the 21-kilometer half marathon, to the recreational 5K and 10K races, there will be something for everyone.

In addition to the thrilling races, attendees can enjoy an exciting expo open to the public, where they will find top-quality sports products and informative sessions on health and wellness related to sports.

One of the highlights of this edition is the prize pool (500,000 MXN), which will be distributed among the different male and female categories.

The fifth edition of the Puerto Vallarta Marathon 2024, which expects the participation of 3,000 runners, aims to become Mexico’s flagship competition. To achieve this goal, this year’s 42-kilometer race will be endorsed and certified by AIMS World Running (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races), making it a qualifier for international marathons such as the Boston Marathon.
